All orders will be processed within 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Local Delivery
If your delivery address is within 5 miles of our base we can offer local delivery drop off for a small fee of £1 this cost just helps cover our time and expenses.
Local deliveries will be either on a weekend or evening and within 2-3 working days from you placing your order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Unusual Alchemy is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Unusual Alchemy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
